Job Requirements**Objetivo del Puesto**:Diseñar el modelo de servicio, basado en “Customer Experience” con un enfoque especial en los canales de distribución de CHUBB (Agentes, Sponsors, Brokers) y Cliente final (usuario de la póliza). Ayudará al negocio a construir la experiência de los clientes y canales de distribución cada vez que interactúan con CHUBB.**Responsabilida des**:Service desing (Diseño del modelo de servicio)Diseño de Customer JourneyConocimientos de UX/UI Diagnosticar y definir los problemas a resolver.Work Experience**Conocimientos requeridos**:Conocimientos Básicos de UX/UI a nível diseño, NO programación..Manejo de MockupsExperiência mínima de 2 años en el mundo de Customer Experience (CX) diseñando Customer Journeys y Service Design.Trabajo en equipo, liderando proyectos de CX.Conocimientos en identificar y definir problemas.Conocimiento de tendencias de CX en el mundo e industrias.**Análisis de KPI´s de “Customer”. Ejemplo**: digitales “Google analitycs”. Indicadores de NPS, CSAT.Deseable experiência en implementación de iniciativas de CX que alarguen la vida de los clientes en las marcas/compañiasInglés Intermedio - Avanzado
