We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers worldwide while gaining meaningful experience across various disciplines.**About the role**:**What you'll be doing**:- Work closely with key AVOD Business leads identifying and evaluating new partnership opportunities for the content portfolio- Support the Global Team in all aspects of content acquisition and licensing for assigned accounts, including deal sourcing, financial analysis and forecasting, term sheet drafting, long-form review, contract negotiation, closing and new partner onboarding- Partner with Content Analytics team to evaluate the profitability of historical deals and forecast future profitability- Support with the identification of areas of growth for new, innovative partnerships and establishes strong relationships with relevant licensors at the decision-making level- Work closely with senior-level personnel preparing strategy documents, company updates, and presentations about the business as well as the overall media landscape**We're excited if you have**:- 7+ years of experience in content licensing, content sales and/or business development in the entertainment industry- Existing senior-level relationships with Major Studios & Distributors in Mexico- A passion for content and a strong understanding of international content licensing & programming content for local markets- Strong knowledge of the digital video and OTT advertising landscape in Mexico, including online video platforms and live/linear OTT channels- Extensive experience negotiating business terms with media, digital, and/or technology companies- Strong knowledge of existing deal standards and ad economics across top AVOD channels- Excellent data analysis and quantitative skills with impeccable attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Comfort with a quickly changing, fast-paced environment- BA/BS required, MBA preferred but not required.**The Roku culture**:Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own.
