**Location**: Work From Home (Remote)**Shift**: Mondays to Fridays, from 8 AM to 5 PM CST**Summary**: As a Software Implementation Specialist your primary job function is to connect our invoice management system (SaaS) to our merchants’ accounting software (QuickBooks and Sage). You will create and maintain positive relationships with our existing and new merchants by being a trusted and loyal advisor.**Responsibilities**- Understand and obtain in-depth knowledge about the processing solution and software we’re offering- Implement and install our software to merchants’ accounting systems (e.g. Quickbooks, etc.)- Train and act as an advisor to our merchants regarding the navigation and procedures available in our processing solutions- Research and provide support to merchants with their existing solution with the purpose of integrating it with our processing services- Escalate merchants’ issues to reporting manager in a timely manner to provide satisfaction and resolution**Salary**: From $22,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to work remotely full time?- Do you have a dedicated work space at home, stable internet connection, own headset with noise cancellation and a laptop/desktop?- What active licenses do you have that's related to the role?- Do you have any experience or knowledge in coding/programming?- Do you handle tickets?
