Are you an experienced Implementation Specialist looking for a new challenge? Join our team and help us ensure the smooth adoption and implementation of our software products for our clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service while collaborating with customers and internal teams to guarantee satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure software products based on customer needs and specifications.
- Provide hands-on training to customers to facilitate successful software adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical and product-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure project success.
- Develop and contribute to best practices and tools for supporting software implementation.
- Track and report the progress of implementation projects to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI) to manage and report on project activities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in software implementation or a related technical support role.
- Strong understanding of software configuration and client training.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
