A global manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team at Hermosillo Plant, supporting multiple locations, globally. You will be the primary contact for resolving operational problems within an enterprise network environment, while assuring the highest level of customer support and system reliability.**IT Service Delivery**Your Tasks/ Responsibilities:- Represents project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes- Owns the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, model, and document business, process,and data requirements- Works with Platform Support Team to develop release estimates- Supports Platform Support Team in understanding business and test requirements- Translates technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions- Performs routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation- Manages Update Set creation and migration 9. Schedules and verifies instance clones- Leads ServiceNow releases upgrade planning and execution- Manages Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control ListsIT Service DeliveryMX-SON-Hermosillo - HER00007QYour Profile:- Bachelor’s degree of Information System Management or related- At least 5 years of IT support and service delivery experience.- Strong skills in the use of Service Management tools- Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform- ITIL Framework, ITIL V3 strongly preferred- Proficient analysis skill and capability to identify downstream implications- Exceptional communication skills- The ability to develop and forge strong relationships and build consensus among competingstakeholders- Excellent communication skill in English (Both Written and Verbal)**LEONI **HermosilloPeople of all genders are always meant equally; For linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.Next steps?We are looking forward to meet you.
