Are you looking to join a young, dynamic team with flat hierarchies?**Structure**- Fully Remote & Flexible Schedule- Work towards Lead gen goals and call setting**What This Opportunity Entails**- Manage CRM and build demand gen outreach campaigns- Continue to optimize lead gen system and process to reach KPIs- Following up with old leads you spoke to and set up call**Requirements**:- Transferable SDR Experience, B2B Preferred OR High Ticket- 2+ Years in demand generation Required- Experience in Digital Marketing & eCommerce- CRM experience and technical ability- Driven, competitive, and confident with consulting others and settingexpectations- Must Love Sales & Have Great Communication, Perfect English, Organized,Mentality Fit- Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantlypush yourself to getbetter and better- Empathetic-- can understand the client and relate with prospects- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help whenneeded, andcomplete tasks as required- Remote position (work from anywhere)- Access to world-class sales training and education WorkLocation: Remote**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
