Hiring NowWork from Home**Location**:Must live in the Tijuana area.We are a fast-growing company in the solar energy industry, supporting residential solar sales and operations teams across the U.S. We're currently hiring for multiple **remote specialist roles** to help manage projects, documentation, and customer coordination from start to finish.Job**Responsibilities**:**What You’ll Do (Duties vary by role)**:- Review and validate pre-sale solar project data- Submit documents and manage records via finance and CRM portals- Audit contracts, scopes of work, and customer documents for accuracy- Support sales reps and internal teams via phone, chat, and ticketing systems- Manage and resolve project issues to ensure timely progress- Maintain documentation in accordance with internal SOPs- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers**Tools You’ll Use**:- CRM & Project Management Platforms (Lightspeed, Volt, Aurora)- Internal Knowledge Bases (Freedom Forum, FFSU), Microsoft Office**Requirements (All Positions)**:- Minimum **35 WPM** typing speed- **B1 level English** or higher (written and spoken)- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally- High-speed internet- Ability to work weekends and holidays**Preferred Experience (Varies by Role)**:- 6+ months experience in solar, customer service, finance, or administrative support- Familiarity with project management tools or CRMs- Prior experience reviewing contracts, scopes of work, or finance documents**Why Join Us?**- **100% Work From Home**:- **Full-Time - 5 Days a Week**:- **Weekly Salary + Bonuses**:- **Room to Grow in a Fast-Moving Industry**:- **Training Provided + Supportive Team Environment****Job Types**: Full-timePay: $4,000 pesos per week plus bonusesWork Location: Work from home (must live in the Tijuana area)Pay: From $4,000.00 per weekWork Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 31/10/2025
