Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Juarez, North Campus.Reporting to the Engineering Services Manager, will be responsible for plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle.Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:- Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies, and techniques- Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.- Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.- Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root-causes of equipment failures, and develop hands-on maintenance skills Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products and may develop corrective and preventive action plans- May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products- May participate in control plan development- Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g., specifications, procedures,)- Analyzes and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.- Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.- Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to customer request.- Provides information for management decisions from a technical and technical cost perspective.- Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.Here is some of what you’ll need (required):- BA/BS or equivalent work experience- Experience in manufacturing Automotive (Harness)- Intermediate-advanced English- Knowledge in FMEA- Management APQP- Leadership- Statistic method to analysis.- People managementHere are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.AC67Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
