**Descripción del puesto**:Buscamos un **Técnico de Servicios IT** para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de todos los sistemas informáticos de la empresa, incluyendo redes, servidores, telecomunicaciones y hardware de usuario. Clave para asegurar la disponibilidad e integridad de los datos, implementar políticas de IT e ISMS, y brindar soporte a usuarios en nuestras operaciones en México y Europa.**Responsabilidades principales**:- Monitorear, mantener y proteger los sistemas IT (disponibilidad, rendimiento y capacidad).- Evaluar y mejorar continuamente la infraestructura tecnológica.- Implementar nuevas tecnologías y documentar cambios en la infraestructura.- Gestionar procesos de respaldo y recuperación de datos.- Brindar soporte técnico de primer nível a usuarios internos.- Configurar y mantener equipos de cómputo, impresoras y periféricos.- Capacitar a usuarios en hardware, software y políticas IT.- Asegurar el cumplimiento de regulaciones y políticas de seguridad informática.- Coordinar con proveedores y gestionar contratos de servicios IT.**Requisitos**:- **Educación**: Licenciatura en Informática, Sistemas Computacionales o afín.- **Experiência**: Mínimo 2 años en roles similares.- **Conocimientos técnicos**:- Instalación y mantenimiento de hardware/software.- Sistemas operativos.- ActiveDirectory.- Maquinas Virtuales.- SISCO.- Administración de servidores y clientes (Windows, Microsoft 365).- Lógica de Programación.- SAP (nível básico).- **Idiomas**: Inglés Avanzado(indispensable).- **Competencias**: Capacidad de toma de decisiones, orientación a resultados, proactividad, trabajo en equipo.**Beneficios**:- Prestaciones superiores a las de ley.- Sueldo Competitivo.- Buen Ambiente Laboral.- Oportunidad de desarrollo profesional en una empresa internacional.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: A partir de $20,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Caja de ahorro- Descuento de empleados- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en El Marqués, Qro.
