This role is crucial in ensuring no potential client falls through the cracks, even outside traditional business hours.**Key Responsibilities**:- Opening files that are pending **Filevine** transmission inside of **Lead Docket**.- Answer and respond to inbound calls, web forms, texts, and chat leads from potential clients after-hours.- Promptly follow up on all evening leads using Lead Docket’s tracking system.- Qualify potential clients through thorough intake interviews.- Accurately enter data into **Lead Docket** and open new cases in **Filevine**.- Ensure all lead statuses and contact attempts are appropriately tracked and updated in real time.- Maintain a high standard of empathy, professionalism, and active listening to build trust quickly.- Escalate urgent claims or time-sensitive leads to Attorney on call- Perform data integrity checks to ensure accurate intake and case information.- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.**Qualifications**:- Proficient and **fluent in Lead Docket and Filevine** (PREFERRED).- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).- Must be tech-savvy and able to multitask across multiple software platforms.- Ability to work independently and responsibly during overnight or late evening shifts.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Empathy-driven with a client-first attitude.Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent English is REQUIRED.Pay: $229,000.00 - $287,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
