Reporting to the Senior Manager of Performance, this role is focused on boosting Completion Rate and driving operational excellence for our grocery vertical. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where solving problems at scale and using data to unlock performance gains is at the heart of what we do. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, make decisions with impact, and grow alongside one of the most dynamic teams at DiDi.Role Responsibilities:- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance Completion Rate and reduce failed deliveries.- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, BI, Operations, and Business Development) to uncover bottlenecks and co-design scalable solutions.- Monitor, analyze, and report key operational KPIs to surface insights and drive decision-making.- Design and build dashboards and tools to visualize data and track progress on performance initiatives (experience in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent preferred).- Lead root-cause analyses of operational problems and propose short-term solutions and long-term improvements.- Drive experimentation and pilot projects aimed at improving store readiness, courier behavior, and overall fulfillment success.- Support launch and performance ramp-up of new stores in existing or new service areas.- Maintain clean, consistent data across store and order datasets; contribute to automations that simplify tracking and alerting.- Help define and document best practices to improve store and courier experience, enabling higher order completion and customer satisfaction.Role Qualifications:- 1-3 years of experience in operations, business analytics, consulting, or a high-growth tech environment.- Passionate about solving operational problems and delivering measurable impact.- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and support decisions.- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles.- Effective communicator who can simplify complex topics for different audiences.- Hands-on with tools like Excel (advanced), SQL, Tableau or Power BI; Python or R is a plus.- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.- Fluent in English and Spanish.- Curious, humble, and eager to learn from both successes and failures.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
