Con experiência de 30 años en la industria y más de 80 clientes a nível nacional, NAPS garantiza a sus clientes el éxito de sus operaciones en México.**Objetivo y Responsabilidades**:- Comprender las funciones de la posición requerida, así como la urgencia con la que se requiere cubrir dicha posición- Retroalimentar a su hiring manager sobre el avance de la vacante asignada, dentro de los tiempos establecidos en el proceso.- Participar en ferias, exposiciones y eventos de vinculación para promoción de vacantes.- Seguir los procedimientos correspondientes a Reclutamiento Indirecto.- Cualquier otra función que sea requerida para el buen desarrollo del departamento.**Experiência y Habilidades**- 1 año de experiência en posición relacionada con Reclutamiento, Selección y Atracción de Talento.- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Psicología o afín.- Experiência en técnicas y herramientas de atracción de talento, entrevista y negociación de salario.- Excelente comunicación (verbal- escrita) con clientes y equipos interdisciplinarios.- Nível de Inglés Avanzado, capaz de participar en reuniones y conferencias en idioma inglés.- Nível alto en habilidades de planeación, organización y atención al detalle.- Familiarizado en el trabajo y cumplimiento de indicadores (Key Performance Indicators).- Orientación a resultados.
