Implementation Specialist Join to apply for the Implementation Specialist role at Thomson Reuters México Kickstart Your Career as a Software Implementation Specialist at Thomson Reuters About The Role As a Software Implementation Specialist, you'll join a friendly, global team supporting our clients in implementing ONESOURCE Pagero—an industry-leading e-invoicing compliance platform. This is an ideal role for someone who is organised, analytical, and eager to develop new skills in software implementation and client management. What You'll Do Collaborate & Learn: Work with experienced professionals and global clients to understand their needs, configure software, and run product demonstrations. Problem-Solve: Use your analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, test implementations, and make sure every client gets the best experience. Grow Your Skills: Get hands‑on with basic coding, project management, and client communication, with plenty of opportunities for training and mentorship. Deliver Value: Help clients adopt our solutions, provide top‑notch support, and ensure projects stay on track. Make an Impact: Work closely with internal teams (product, sales, support) and play a key role in delivering successful software projects. About You You're a great fit if you: Have an interest in technology and software, and are keen to learn how it's implemented at top companies worldwide. Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Software, IT, Technology, or similar fields. Bring 1-3 years of experience (internships, academic projects, or first roles count). Know the basics of coding—or are enthusiastic to learn and develop these skills on the job. Enjoy solving problems, working with data, or have an analytical background (from studies in coding, economics, or project management). Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds. Communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Spanish, and want to provide excellent service to clients. What’s in it For You?
