**Title**:System Administrator - Post- Production /Film (Remote)**Location**: Remote**Pay rate**: $30,000 - 40,000MXN depending on experience**JOB DESCRIPTION****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Work with the IT team to set up and maintain the company’s hardware, networks, and software.- Be able to upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software based on company needs.- Have an understanding of how software licensing works, particularly software used in creative and post-production.- Create user accounts and manage access control of users.- Document processes, create back-ups for data, and develop data security, recovery, and retrieval procedures.- Be able to troubleshoot, perform diagnostic tests, and optimize computer systems. Be able to fix software when it is not working.- Provide general IT support and keep up to date with the latest advancements, technologies, and best practices in IT administration.- Support the IT head as needed**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Film Production, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field- Experience in general IT administration, and monitoring and maintaining systems and software, including cloud-based software (e.g. GSuite administration, BetterCloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)- Have a solid understanding of how software licensing works.- Excellent Communication Skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience performing IT administration for an agency or multimedia production company, or administering IT in a post-production environment is a plus.- Knowledge in IT support of post-production and filmmaking software (e.g. Nuke)- Experience installing and plugins using Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya Flame, Maxon C4d- Experience installing/managing After Effect plug-ins- Experience setting up managing Post Workflow / PipelinesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesSchedule:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Do you have experience working in the media post-production industry?- Can you set up, maintain and troubleshoot Adobe Creative Suite, Nuke, Autodesk 3DSmax and Maya, Unreal Engine, and more?Experiência:- Python: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
