**What You Will Be Doing**:- Responsible for registering inventory in the respective platform.- Support creating quotes requested by business partners.- Help administer education credit units.- Support the team on different projects.**Who you are****Required Skills or Competencies**- Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field.- Desirable experience using SAP and Power Apps.- Advanced written and oral English (95% or above).- Knowledge of Microsoft Suit is required.- To graduate in June 2026 or later.- Availability to work from 7am to 4pm.**Preferred Skills or Competencies**- Technology Dexterity: Proficient with standard office software (MS Office Suite) and possess the ability and eagerness to quickly learn new systems, including MRP/ERP platforms.- Ability to Work on Diverse Projects: Capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to different project needs simultaneously.- Tolerance to Ambiguity: Comfortable working independently and navigating situations or tasks where information may not be fully defined; able to seek clarity proactively.- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Demonstrates an interest in identifying inefficiencies and suggesting potential improvements to processes or workflows.- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.- Good communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).- Proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.**Why people choose to work with us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
