Descripción - ExternaObjetiveClient portfolio remediation ( x-sell of products in order to increase the revenue of the portfolio) of around 80 low return MGs (RoRWA) mainly in the BBU segment. Work closely with product teams such as payroll, GPS, GRTF, Markets, etc. in order to identify new business opportunities to achieve an increase in revenues.Position HSBC as a Top 3 relationship bank with a significant wallet share of all products and services.X-sell to reach minimun cost to serve in an 18-24 months time frame and then transfer the remediated clients to commercial banking.Activities- Development and implementation of client remediation plans jointly with product teams and clients.- Increase wallet share and product penetration (vinculación).- Support the achievement against targets PBT to cover cost to serve, # of new products & # of remediated clients.- Regular contact and meetings with clients and product partners.- Ensures clients are aware of the remediation strategy plan.- Identify opportunities for new products.- Update CME with call reports.- KPIs reporting to stakeholders.- Lead by example through meeting objectives with excellent corporate behavior.- Provide assistance to fellow team mates.- Bring motivation and support to Team.- Work closely with product partners, peers and RMs.- Works closely with other bank areas to maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any findings raised by audit or regulators.- Ensures follow-up on all risk and compliance issues (such as WWM, CRR, KYC, Compliance requests, Risk Management requests, Internal Audit requests).- Minimize operational losses.At HSBC, we expect our people to treat each other with dignity and respect, creating an inclusive culture that promotes equal opportunity.
