Dana de México CorporaciónSolicita**:Customer service representative**Funciones:- Asegurar la satisfacción del Cliente- Informar los requerimientos de los clientes a toda la organización- Coordinar las actividades relacionadas con el cumplimiento de requerimientos de Clientes- Mantener informado al Cliente sobre el estatus de sus requerimientos.- Revisar los sistemas de los Clientes de manera diaria para garantizar que las necesidades de producción y requerimientos de proceso se cumplan.- Analizar la demanda de los clientes.- Elaboración de los programas de embarques.- Administración y control de los contenedores de producto terminado.- Planeación de Logística de embarques.**Requisitos**:- Escolaridad: Carrera profesional en el área administrativa o ingeniería.- Idioma: Inglés AvanzadoExperiência y conocimiento:- 2 años de experiência en puesto similar- Conocimiento en la norma IATF 16949- Experiência en el ramo automotriz (Deseable)Ofrecemos:- Sueldo Competitivo- Prestaciones superiores a las de ley- Comedor subsidiado- Transporte- Excelente ambiente de trabajoEmpresa ubicada en Apodaca, Nuevo LeónTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Customer service representative: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
