Juárez- The Purchasing Center Buyer (Buyer Jr) is in charge of generating purchase orders for Capex and Nor Production Material under 10k for the North America region plants and locations.- Your Role & Responsibilities:- Obtain and analyze reports with purchasing information from the system.- Send requests for quotations to different suppliers to obtain the best option for MAHLE.- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain savings and discounts.- Generate, send and follow up purchase orders.- Manage accounts payable workflows.- Attend necessary courses and trainings.- Possible travel to MAHLE North America location.- Participate and provide support for MAHLE North America projects.- Other duties may be assigned.Your Skills & Strengths:- Bachelor’s Degree on Business Administration.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.- Good communication and organizational skills.- Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.- Who has the facility for customer service.- Knowledge of Windows and SAP systems is preferred.- Bachelor's degree in finance, international business management, computer information systems, computer programming, computer science, engineering or related university degree.**Do you have any questions?**Facts about the job**Entry level**:- Experienced hires**Part- / Full-time**:- Full Time**Functional area**:- Purchasing**Location**:Monterrey, MX**Company**:MAHLE Shared Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.Your future at MAHLEAs a team player and someone who thinks ahead, you can deploy all your skills with us.
