You will help shape a culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work.**What You Will Do as a USANA HR Business Partner**- Serve as the **primary HR contact** for Mexico and Colombia based employees, promoting a collaborative and engaging work environment.- Ensure ongoing **compliance with Mexican labor laws**, including **Ley Federal del**Trabajo**, **IMSS**, **INFONAVIT**, and other local employment obligations.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to **build and uphold a workplace recognized as one of the best places to work** in the region.- Manage the full **recruitment and onboarding lifecycle**, attracting high-caliber talent and setting them up for long-term success.- Lead the implementation of HR policies and practices that align with **both local law and USANA’s global HR standards**.- Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions while maintaining fairness and legal compliance.- ** Assess training needs** and coordinate professional development programs to foster continuous learning and growth.- Maintain organized, accurate, and secure **HR records and HRIS data** in accordance with legal and internal requirements.**Background and Skills You Will Need**- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- At least **3 years of HR experience in Mexico**, with demonstrated knowledge of Mexican labor law and compliance standards.- Deep understanding of key employment areas such as **termination procedures, contracts, social security programs (IMSS, INFONAVIT), and labor inspections**.- Experience **designing and delivering employee training programs** or coordinating external training vendors.- A strong communicator and trusted partner who can coach managers, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.- Proficient in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.- ** Bilingual in Spanish and English** is required.
