**Corporate Accountant Wanted for Fast-Paced Growing Company**Join GC Realty & Development, LLC, an award-winning property management company known for exceptional service and building wealth for clients. We're rapidly expanding and seeking a **driven and tech-savvy Remote Corporate Accountant** to join our dynamic Finance team.This is an independent contractor role. With over 400 housing providers and a mission to provide top-notch housing for Chicagoland renters, GC Realty offers a fast-paced and exhilarating work environment.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage corporate general ledger, cash flow, and fixed asset records- Prepare journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and analyze financial reporting- Assist in the review of financial statements and contribute to process improvement initiatives- Collaborate with departments to facilitate efficiency gains and continuous improvement**What You'll Bring**:- Associate's degree in** Business Management, Accounting, or Finance** (Bachelor's degree preferred)- C1 or C2 English level- 3-5+ years of **experience as a Corporate Accountant**:- Proficiency in accounting software such as **QuickBooks** (knowledge of Appfolio and Podio is a plus)- Full time availability **(Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)**:- Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset- Flexible and adaptable in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment- Tech-savviness and quick to learn new software and processes**What You'll Geti**- Competitive pay rate based on experience (**$10 USD-13 USD per hour**)- ** Remote work flexibility**:- 10 days of PTO and 6 paid holidays, including own birthday holiday- Paid US holidays- Room for professional growth within the company- Opportunity to make an impact and take initiative from the start- Fun and hard-working environment with open communication- Opportunities for independent learning**The GC Realty Experience**What makes The GC Realty Experience so special?
