At Conduent, the Enterprise Business Intelligence team is bringing their A game by demonstrating how analytics can support data-driven decisions.- Our team is accountable for enterprise reporting & analytics and collaborates with cross functional teams closely. Our team is focusing on building out enterprise analytics and data science capabilities.- As an Enterprise Analytics and Data Science Analyst II, you will drive and evolve the reporting and analytics solutions for Conduent internal customers designing high quality dashboards to provide the best possible user interface and user experience. You will lead analytics projects and communication with stakeholders at all levels.As a senior member of our innovation pod, you will lead end-to-end design and development of analytics solutions. You will provide thought leadership for our UI and UX standards. You will have the opportunity to explore and recommend ways Conduent can utilize Data Science for actionable data driven insights.**Responsibilities**:- Perform exploratory data analysis and data visualizations to help analyze large data sets and derive valuable business insights for the business users.- Create UX and UI standards for enterprise analytics and data science projects.- Use SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to solve complex business problems and drive business decisions.- Design rich data visualizations in Tableau/Power BI with advanced charts to communicate complex ideas to cross functional teams.- Design data visualizations, dashboards, and user interfaces, from initial sketch to detailed UI screens- Design dashboards with an eye for detail on user experience.- Assist with multiple projects and adjust to rapidly changing priorities. Focus on, and be able to balance project timeliness, while maintaining overall quality across multiple projects and consultations.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines and manage changing priorities with mínimal supervision and intervention.**Requirements**:- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other analytics related field + 3 or more years of experience working in Business Intelligence- (or)- 5+ years of experience working in Business Intelligence- Understand Business Intelligence best practices and practical implementation experience- Strong SQL skills & experience querying relational databases- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI or other similar data visualization tools- Experience with UI design for analytics dashboards.- Experience implementing best practices for dashboard user-experience.- Strong communication, prioritization and organization skills.- Ability to lead project development workstreams.- Highly effective verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.**Nice to have**:- Experience with Python and data science tools (Spark, Jupyter, Numpy, Pandas, etc.).- Experience working with unstructured data- Ability to build predictive models, implement natural language processing, unsupervised learning, etc. to combat advanced challenges across domains.- Conduent is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, gender expression, sex/gender, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.- At Conduent we value the health and safety of our associates, their families and our community.
