At Conduent, the Enterprise Business Intelligence team is bringing our A game by demonstrating how analytics can support data-driven decisions.Our team is accountable for enterprise reporting & analytics and collaborates with cross functional teams closely. Our team is focusing on building out enterprise analytics and data science capabilities.- As an Enterprise Analytics and Data Science Analyst I, you will create reporting and analytics solutions at Conduent with a focus on building statistical models and data visualizations. You will be a key part of project teams which collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.- As a member of our innovation pod, you will partner with your leaders to design and develop end-to-end analytics solutions. You will have the opportunity for hands-on learning while implementing real-world decision tools used by leaders across Conduent.**Responsibilities**:- Use SQL and Data Visualization tools to solve complex business problems and drive business decisions.- Design and development of complex dashboards, visualizations and metrics using leading business intelligence software- Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics and dashboards on top of an enterprise data warehouse- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide a cohesive analytics environment and align reporting goals with company goals- Build predictive models, implement natural language processing, unsupervised learning, etc. to combat advanced challenges across domains.- Solve analytical problems using data and effectively communicate methodologies and results**Requirements**:- Formal education in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other analytics related field(or)- 1-3 years of experience in an analytics function informing business decisions.- Exposure to SQL, Python & relational databases.- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI or other similar data visualization tools.- Strong communication, prioritization and organization skills.- Commitment to teamwork by way of supporting the needs of internal stakeholders.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.**Nice to have**:- Experience with data science tools (Jupyter, Numpy, Pandas, etc.)- Experience in statistical techniques such as classification, clustering, regression, statistical inference, natural language processing, experimental design, etc.- Conduent is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, gender expression, sex/gender, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.- At Conduent we value the health and safety of our associates, their families and our community.
