We are innovative, agile, and inspired by data – and we are looking for people who share those values to join our mission to build stronger businesses The role You will support the growth of the SME segment by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with clients. Participate in commercial activities, presentations, and proposal development, while managing sales processes and continuously developing knowledge of products and platforms. What you will do Develop and establish growth strategies for the SME portfolio. Follow up inbound leads and conduct outbound hunting for new clients. Execute up‑sell and cross‑sell strategies for new and existing accounts. Deliver executive presentations for clients. Develop and deliver commercial proposals for clients. Manage pipeline and forecast follow‑ups. Continuously train to master products and platforms. What we are looking for Assertive, results‑oriented, active listening, high tolerance, discipline, and eagerness to learn. Minimum three years of experience selling B2B in service industries. Experience generating 100% outbound strategies for hunting in consulting selling processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM; Salesforce is a plus. Commercial process proficiency (pipeline management, prospecting, retention, and closing). Availability to work onsite at our Mexico City office.
