Innovamat aims to develop problem-solving, connections, communication and reasoning skills in learners, preparing them for meaningful contribution.Innovamat was founded in 2017 in Barcelona (Spain) and works with 18,000 teachers from more than 2,100 schools in Spain, Italy, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Brazil, Peru, and US, who teach competency-based and meaningful mathematics to more than 430,000 students.**Your mission**You'll be leading an ambitious team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) responsible for initiating and driving the sales process forward.**Your day to day at Innovamat**- Leading a high-performance BDRs team, offering coaching on objection handling and pitching techniques to secure meetings with potential clients.- Provide direction on enhancing the Meeting Generation team's performance, efficiency, and output.- Enforce best practices in lead management and development, incorporating metrics, activity tracking, and performance assessment.- Partner with the Country Manager, Head of Sales and HQ counterparts to establish strategy and ensure its effective implementation.- Lead analysis of business performance to identify future roadblocks and present strategic recommendations to GTM leadership for decision-making and investment.**What are we looking for?**- Expertise in team management, focusing on performance & engagement-based management (with 10 reports).- Proficiency in analytics & operations to optimize database use and navigate the sales process while the operation is running.- The ability to deepen and enhance the market intelligence of the country.- Unwavering enthusiasm and commitment to continuous growth.- Creativity to scale the business in a high-performance culture.- Strong focus on KPIs for decision-making.**It will be great if**- Familiarity with education sector.**What can you expect from Innovamat?**- A plan for personal and professional development and growth in a young, enthusiastic and dynamic environment- Full-time with flexible schedules- Group English classes as part of our working day ️- Team building days ( and more) and the Innovagala at least once a year ️- Christmas week off- Being part of company accredited as happy at work- Fruit every week to be full of vitamins and keep our body healthy... and if that's not enough, you will have the opportunity to transform the education sector and see more and more children rediscover and become passionate about mathematics.If you think you are that person we are looking for **we would love to meet you
