**About this Job**:**Responsibilities**:- Supervise and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring that delivery processes are carried out with precision and punctuality.- Manage strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer service.- Rigorously control the cargo delivery cycle to ensure that customer service standards are maintained at 100%.- Coordinate export and import logistics, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.- Lead and motivate the logistics team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.- Collaborate with other departments to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics processes.- Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the supply chain and propose innovative solutions.- Use data and analysis to make informed and strategic decisions that positively impact the operation.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in management positions in the logistics or transport sector, preferably in multinational companies.- Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.- In-depth knowledge of export and import processes and the corresponding international regulations.- Experience in managing the cargo delivery cycle, guaranteeing exceptional customer service.- Ability to lead teams, motivate team members and promote a positive work environment.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with various departments.- Experience in sales in the field of logistics and transport is a plus.- University degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field (postgraduate is a plus).- Intermediate English - Advanced**We offer**:- Law benefits.- Family SSGM- Saving Fund- 20 days Christmas Bonus- 3 extra vacation days per year**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per monthEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Work Location: In person
