In this role, this person will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both our USA and Mexico operations. This position works with The Launch Box internally and our clients, which includes firms in industries such as Cybersecurity, DevOps, Cloud Service, RevOps, and traditional Strategy & Operations Consulting. This position is remote with the option to work at the Guadalajara office with the team and some travel opportunities throughout the year.**_What You Will Do:_**- Work with Talent Acquisition Specialist to conduct applicant interviews and screenings and develop plan for team growth- Further develop relationships with key education institutions to source entry-level talent and develop plans for networking in Mexico to find experienced talent- Develop sustainable recruitment templates, tools, and ATS set-up for each client based on their individual industry, culture, and growth targets- Assist in moving over ATS system and ensuring strategic setup for long term success- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and tools related to talent assessment and development- Develop trainings for clients to help guide them through the talent acquisition process- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in the USA and Mexico**_Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:_**- Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience- 5+ years of experience in technical or consulting recruiting- 3+ years of outbound recruiting experience in Mexico and/or the USA- Effective communication skills, adapting style based on audience and remote vs. in-person interactions- Strong attention to detail, a client-centric approach, and excellent teamwork and collaboration skills- Ability to prioritize and multitask while working with multiple clients and stakeholders- Advanced English level, both written and spoken- Easy Source- Authorized to work in Mexico- **Only Resumes in English will be considered****_ Why The Launch Box?_**We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team.
