_ADVANCED ENGLISH SKILLS REQUIRED_- HIGHSCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED_THIS POSITION PROVIDES HIGH-QUALITY TELEPHONIC SUPPORT TO POTENTIAL NEW LAW FIRM/ATTORNEY CUSTOMERS THROUGH A LEGAL INTAKE PROCESS.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- RECEIVE INTAKES FOR LEGAL SITUATIONS FROM POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS VIA ELECTRONIC OR TELEPHONIC SOURCES.- MAKE MULTIPLE FOLLOW-UP CALLS TO POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS WITH THE GOAL OF MAKING SUCCESSFUL CONTACT.- DISCUSS THEIR LEGAL SITUATION AND PROMPT THE INTAKE CONTACT TO ANSWER A SERIES OF QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE QUALIFICATION FOR THE LEGAL INTAKE.- SEND LEGAL DOCUMENTS FOR SIGNATURE TO CONTACTS AND FOLLOW-UP FOR SIGNING.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A DIRECT CUSTOMER CONTACT POSITION IS PREFERRED.- CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION.- EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.- BASIC PC KNOWLEDGE, WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEMS, INTERNET AND MAINSTREAM WEB BROWSERS.**SCHEDULE**MONDAY - FRIDAY 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**SALARY AND BENEFITS** MONTHLY BASE SALARY $16000 PESOS (WEEKLY NET $3,450 APPROX)+MONTHLY BONUS $1500$500 FOOD STAMPS (AFTER 3 MONTHS)4% SAVINGS STAMPS15 DAYS CHRISTMAS BONUS- *ALL MEXICAN LAW BENEFITS APPLY*_- THIS IS A FULLY ON SITE POSITION IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO_Pay: From $16,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Language**:- Advanced english (required)Work Location: In person
