**Your Role**Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for global procurement and supplier relationship management? Join Ingram Micro as a **Senior Professional, Strategic Sourcing**, and play a pivotal role in shaping how we source, deliver, and innovate across the tech supply chain.In this role, you'll lead key sourcing initiatives, manage procurement strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product delivery. You’ll work independently to make impactful decisions, improve supplier performance, and optimize sourcing processes—all while supporting a company that delivers cutting-edge technology solutions around the globe.**What You'll Do**- Lead strategic sourcing efforts across various technology categories, from supplier evaluation to contract negotiation and performance management.- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.- Establish and refine sourcing and procurement processes that drive cost savings, quality improvement, and on-time delivery.- Analyze sourcing data, market trends, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.- Drive sourcing initiatives that support inventory optimization and budget adherence.- Review and respond to purchase requisitions, ensuring alignment with specifications, quantity needs, and delivery requirements.- Research and develop alternative supply sources, and issue RFPs, RFQs, and bids as needed for strategic categories.- Serve as a resource and mentor to junior team members while leading high-impact sourcing projects.**What You'll Bring**- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, business, or a related field.- 5+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management; minimum 3 years in a strategic sourcing role.- Proven ability to manage complex sourcing projects and influence cross-functional decision-making.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.- Familiarity with procurement software tools and ERP systems is a plus.- A collaborative mindset and a customer-focused approach to solving problems.**Why Join Us?**At Ingram Micro, we believe in doing business the right way—with integrity, innovation, and inclusion at our core.
