Join us toIgniteYourCareerYour role at Clorox:Deploy and implement the Brand Strategy for Clorox Imported portfolio (focused on Cat Litter, Home Care and Trash categories); translating it into strong and consistent demand creation plans and initiatives (product or Commercial Innovation).This while, defining Imported Portfolio priorities; simplifying overall footprint and execution.In this role, you will:- Lead Clorox Imported Portfolio for the North LATAM region- Develop the Brand and AMPS (Sales Fundamentals) strategy- Simplify the STUDIO footprint focusing on key strategic brand/categories- Execute Advertising and Consumer Sales Promotion plans- Lead and develop a Jr. Brand Manager (coaching, feedback, calibration)- Provide market insights and input in key LATAM plans, initiatives, etc.- Execute financial planning (Marketing portion), coordinating local processesWhat we look for:Experience required- Between 6 and 8 years of marketing or commercial experience in CPG Multinational Companies**Skills**:- Leadership and Influence- Ability to prioritize in complex environments- People Management- Communication skills especially with peers in other function, GMs and functional leadersWorkplace type:We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
