Linglong Tire is currently seeking an OE Sales Manager for Mexico.**Responsibilities**:**OE Sales:**- Responsible for all OE sales in Mexico for all product groups including PCR, TBR, OTR and agricultural tires.- Responsible for strategic planning and new business development to ensure continuous growth in line with the Company’s growth plan.- Responsible for coordination between OE customers and different divisions of the Group on quality, logistics, supply, warehousing, and other matters that customers require support.- Lead the gathering of market information to ensure completeness of technology and cost and support strategic decision making.- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets while maintaining or exceeding company profit target.- Establish business connectivity and monitor all OE customers’ service portals to ensure up to date actions, implement activities to win business opportunity and address any issues appropriately.- Take ownership of RFQ process with regular monitoring of project development status, highlight if any issues arise.- Regularly visit OE customers to maintain good business relationships, keep them updated on Company development/growth and ensure our competitive level in all matters.- Maintain good communication and transparency with all stakeholders; raise or highlight any obstacle encountered in moving any task forward; maintain weekly update with OE Sales Director and HQ.- Support other relevant Company business or product initiatives when requested to do so.- Responsible for any other activities that the Company may assign to you from time to time.**Qualification**:- Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position- 5 years of experience in OE tire sales- Authorization to work in Mexico- Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally- Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams- Fluent in English speaking, writing and reading.- _**Pay is based on experience and local market requirements.**_About LINGLONG:The Linglong Tire Company is the fastest growing tire manufacturer in the world and was established in 1975 in Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province, China.
