With U.S.based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide.We are currently searching for IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team in Mexico. This role will be responsible for:**Main Function / Purpose of Job**- Engaged in implementation of the Group and Regional IT Support strategy.- Follow Auria’s policies and procedures to maintain a high-quality level of work.- Responsible for first level support remotely/on-site.- Flexible time- When required off-hours support.**Principle Accountabilities**- To ensure full commitment to Auria policy, Legal and customer requirements, support for training, communications, Environmental & health, and safety, housekeeping and personal discipline.**Scope of Job**- Helpdesk- Assign tickets to appropriate categories.- First level support for the end users.- When requires, escalate the unresolved tickets to proper team.- Implement security as per workflows.- Analyse appropriate approvals for workflows before implementing.- Develop, prepare, document, and monitor projects that are assigned to the group. Follow established processes.- Audit- Provide appropriate audit security evidence as and when requested.- Work with another team to gather the evidence for audit requirements.- Provide and document any gaps in the process, if any.- Compliance- Monitor/Manage Asset Management- Monitor/Manage software and miscellaneous licences.- Information Security- Prepare scheduled and ad hoc Information security reports for the management.- Follow up with external vendor to make sure tickets are resolved in time and documented properly.- Other- Be able and available to cover other IT professionals due to absence within skillset.- Contacts- interface with (internal / external) all customers and suppliers at all levels.***Preferred Education & Experiences**- Educational Qualifications - Certificate/Degree Level in IT- Experience - preferred 1 year in IT Helpdesk/Support- Ability to work remotely with mínimal supervision.- Ability to work with offshore employees and other users.- Good technical and analytical skills.- Good communicator in English**What you will gain as a part of the Auria Team**:- Competitive salary- Benefits and perks above the law- Professional developments- Healthy work environment
