You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team supporting one of our clients in the international financial sector.**The Role**As a **Fund Operations Associate**, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless financial operations — from investor reporting to loan servicing and fund administration. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely communication across stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage investor reporting, financial statements, and account documentation across systems (Entrilia, HubSpot).- Generate and distribute monthly investor statements and audit confirmations.- Support loan closing and administration, including amortization schedules and payment data updates.- Process borrower servicing requests (transaction histories, ACH forms, manual schedules).- Maintain accurate records in loan management and document systems (Egnyte, DH, TVAL).- Coordinate monthly lender remittances and ensure data integrity across all financial reports.**What We’re Looking For**- **2-4 years of experience** in financial operations, fund accounting, or loan administration.- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.- Experience with systems like HubSpot, Entrilia, Egnyte, or DocuSign.- Familiarity with financial modeling tools (e.g., TVAL) is a plus.- Intermediate to advanced English level preferred.**Core Competencies**- **Operational Efficiency**: Streamline and improve financial processes.- **Analytical Thinking**: Ensure data accuracy and compliance.- **Service Orientation**: Balance the needs of investors and borrowers.- **Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.- **Adaptability**: Thrive in changing environments and priorities.**Compensation & Benefits**- **Monthly Salary**:- **Annual Bonus**:- **Benefits Package**:- 30-day annual bonus (Aguinaldo)- 25% vacation premium- Private medical insurance (SGMM)- $1,000 MXN grocery voucher per month- Full registration with IMSS (Mexican Social Security)- Paid under a legal employment scheme- U.S. holiday schedule (triple pay on Mexican holidays)**Why Join nuDesk**At nuDesk, you’ll be part of a team that combines technology, data, and human connection to deliver excellence.
