For more information about PRGX, visit Job Duties & Responsibilities The Product Analyst will play an important role in a team of diverse talents. Responsibilities include analyzing data to find ways to make our product better, creating reports, presenting findings to managers, managing projects, getting hands‑on experience with the product, running tests, working with different teams, keeping an eye on how things are going, and finding ways to make our work better. We need someone who can effectively collaborate with product managers, business leaders and engineering team and influence product roadmaps to drive customer delight. Data Analysis: Conduct analysis of product feedback and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement. Work hands‑on with the software to gather insights and contribute to product direction. Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and deliver concise reports on user experience findings to cross‑functional teams. Collaborate with team members to present insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Testing: Collaborate on designing and executing tests to evaluate the impact of product changes. Analyze test results to inform product development decisions. Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to understand product goals and objectives. Provide analytical support throughout the product development lifecycle. Governance Monitoring: Assist in maintaining governance best practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in operational frameworks. Continuous Improvement: Identify and promote best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the Product Operations team and contribute to product improvement. Knowledge & Qualifications Preferred bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline) or related experience. Proven experience (2+ years) in product analytics, client success, business analyst, product owner or a related role. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and understanding of the product lifecycle. Proficiency with tools like MS Suite of tools (Outlook, Excel) willingness to learn new ones. Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team.
