**Sales Training Specialist**The goal of the sales trainer is to increase the overall performance of the sales team by giving sales trainees the right tools, skills, and knowledge they need to be successful. Responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results. For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople and staff to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity.**Responsibilities**:- Design and coordinate staff training programs based on organizational and employee needs- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement- Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)- Onboard new salespeople- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses- Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer Coordinator or similar role- Experience with building and developing teams- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms- Excellent organizational skills- Solid communication and presentation abilities**Education and Experience Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field- At least 1 of experience as a training specialist, or a similar position- Additional certification in training is a plus- At least B1 Level of English
