We're looking for someone who cares deeply about people and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure our patients feel seen, heard, and supported through their medical weight loss journey.This is for the **person who loves connection, who takes ownership over follow-up and outcomes, and who finds deep meaning in helping others make life-changing transformations.**At Asher Med, the Patient Support Specialist plays a mission-critical role in making sure our patients get results, stay engaged, and feel fully supported—every step of the way.Location: Remote (Mexico)Compensation:$8 USD per hour**Key Responsibilities**- Be the main point of contact for active patients to answer questions, clarify expectations, and troubleshoot challenges- Monitor clinical flags and escalate care to medical staff when necessary- Document all patient communications and notes in our CRM (Go High Level)- Encourage adherence, answer common questions about medication and experience, and support patient retention- Coordinate with the Patient Admin team on medication fulfillment status and issues- Help with post-onboarding surveys and patient satisfaction initiatives- Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication protocols and documentation**Requirements**:- 2+ years in a patient support, nursing, health coaching, or client success role- Warm, empathetic communicator with strong written and verbal skills- Organized and dependable—you're the type of person people know they can count on- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (especially Go High Level), Slack, Google Workspace, and patient management tools- Deeply motivated to help others succeed in their wellness journey- Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST, with a 1-hour break.- Must be able to work during U.S. Central Time business hours (minimum 6 hours overlap)**Preferred Qualifications**- Medical weight loss, telehealth, or nursing experience (RN, LPN, Health Coach, etc.)**About Asher Med**We're not just another wellness startup.**Our Vision**is to transform healthcare by empowering wellness businesses to bring medical weight loss and life-changing therapies to their communities.**Our Mission**is to bridge the gap between wellness and medicine—providing a complete, white-glove fulfillment system for wellness business owners to confidently offer medical weight loss, while we handle everything behind the scenes.**Our Core Values**:- Grit over comfort: We push forward when others slow down.- Ownership over blame: We take full responsibility for our results.- Speed is our advantage: We move quickly without compromising quality.- Excellence in execution: We believe how you do one thing is how you do everything.- Faith-fueled impact: We believe our work is a vehicle for greater purpose.Work Location: Remote
