This job is not remote and will work out of our Guadalajara office in Colonia Americana. Resumes must be submitted in English.**Responsibilities**- To learn and understand basic fundamentals of jewelry manufacturing process in order to assist with improving efficiencies within our ERP and integrations with other software systems- Learning the ins and outs of our ERP system and utilize it on a daily basis- Research, evaluation, design, integration, and delivery of major technology projects- Work with other departments to coordinate projects- Provide expert advice on technology solutions- Learn & maintain our internal IT networking architecture- Manage developmental projects with outside Business Central Consultants & Developers to ensure functionality and timely delivery of projects- Source external Business Central Consultants and Developers in some cases- Design & ensure functionality of various reporting using Power BI- Assist with high level training and technical support of users relating to software and IT- Ensure VM systems and Business Central servers are routinely backed up and maintained- Research and analyze new softwares/technologies that may assist in our operations on an as needed basis**Qualifications**- Native level written and verbal English communication skills required- US Visitor Visa. Occasional travel to our Chicago office is required.- 7+ years of working IT/Technology & Project Management experience- 5+ Experience with using an ERP system in the past- Knowledge of accounting principles - Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Debits & Credits, Journal Entries- Experience within the following softwares/technologies is preferred: Business Central, Azure, Microsoft Power Automate, PowerBI, NiftyPM, SharePoint- Strong analytical problem solver - solutions driven- Able to prioritize and multitask- Managerial experience is preferred- Constant learner & able to learn technical information quickly- Ability to work independently and is self-motivated**Compensation & Benefits**- Competitive salary is based on experience and will be paid in Mexican Pesos per month (Mensual); Gross amount- 12 PTO days per year after 1st year of employment- 6 Paid Federal US Holidays**Standard Schedule**- Monday - Friday: 9AM - 6:00PM (Guadalajara - Central Time Zone); with occasional work outside normal business hours in emergency situations- The working days will follow the US calendar**Location**:- In our Guadalajara office- Occasional travel to our Chicago office (Must have US Travel Visa)If this position sounds like a fit for you, please apply.
