Find your future with us.**Boeing Mexico Service Company** is looking for a **Senior Procurement Field Representative** to join our Mexico team in **Hermosillo or Nogales, Mexico**. You will be working within the supply base to mitigate delivery or quality issues impacting Boeing production.**Position Responsibilities**:- Participates in on-site supplier assessments to identify supplier capability and to support Boeing procurement strategy.- Evaluates overall supplier health and resources to determine viability.- Identifies problems, develops recovery plans and monitors supplier performance-to-plan to ensure compliance to contractual requirements.- Identifies improvement opportunities to enhance supplier capability.- Provides or recommends training and mentoring on business and manufacturing practices to improve or enhance supplier delivery performance.- Monitors activities to ensure that suppliers produce conforming and compliant products on time.- Monitors emergent offload or overload suppliers and provides technical assistance to ensure delivery schedule compliance and product conformity.- Identifies, establishes and maintains priorities for deliveries of products, services and data.**Employer is not willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.****Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:- 8+ years of procurement experience (can be accumulative experience in all areas - Supply Chain, Program Management, Planning, Materials, Purchasing, Logistic, Commodity Manager, Procurement Manager, Supplier Quality, Customer Service Specialist (focused in Manufacturing), Operations, Production, and Continues improvement)- Must be legally able to work in Mexico- Must be fluent in Spanish and English in both written and verbal communication**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:- Bachelor's degree or higher- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry- 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing- 5+ years of experience in RCCA, Root Cause Corrective Action**Typical Education and Experience**:Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.**Relocation**:**Additional Information**:Please submit a CV or resume in written in English.**Export Control Requirements**:This is an export control position.**Export Control Details**:Non - US based job**Equal Opportunity Employer**:We are an equal opportunity employer.
