Since its founding in 1996 in Aachen, Germany, P3 always has founded new branches and has over 1000 employees in 17 locations.- **Seeking for an**:_Systems Enginner.- **Location**:_Remote (High availability to travel to Orlando, Monterrey and CDMX)**Responsibilities**:- Document, manage, and become an expert on our product and customer program requirements/specifications- Maintain industry standards in a database and become a go-to source of knowledge for their contents- Lead risk management activities through facilitation of DFMEAs with development teams- Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices for product and customer development projects- Work with Functional Safety to document and ensure compliance with functional and technical safety requirements per ISO-26262- Collaborate with other disciplines (Electrical, Optical, Mechanical, Software, I&T, Manufacturing, etc) to understand, explain and/or document how changes/design/tooling choices affect system level requirements and specifications.- Support the pursuit & acquisition process through requirements analysis and compliance traceability- Provide frequent and clear communication regarding requirements to other teams, peers, and other stakeholders as required**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline- 3+ years of industry experience- Experience with requirements derivation and tracking tools (DOORS, Jama, JIRA, etc.)**Preferred Qualifications**:- M.S. in Systems Engineering or related discipline- Experience with systems engineering in the automotive industry- Problem solving, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) DFx, GD&T, DRBFM experience- Experience with lidar and/or other complex opto-mechanical systems- Familiarity with risk reduction through the DFMEA process- Familiarity with automotive industry standards for product developmentTipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $20,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes conocimiento en DOORS, Jama, JIRA, etc.?Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 25 % (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 64488, Monterrey, N.
