Responsibilities:- Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint. Eliminate any technical difficulties that condition the sale.- Sales calls/videocalls/webinars - be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/ educate the customer and partner on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration of the solutions.- Post-sales - be the lead technical contact for identified accounts for technical issues and will work closely with the technical support team and engineering to answer, elevate and resolve customer's technical issues, preventing customer crisis.- Provide assistance to identified customers with post-sales training.- Lead scoping sessions with customers and partners.- Understand customer needs and potential constraints (e.g., budget or timeline) and propose suitable solutions.**Required Skills**:- 5 + years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer- 5 + years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration- Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer- Must have 3 + years experience in similar role on the mentioned verticals,- Solid understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP, SNMP, VoIP- Knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, SDWAN, Artificial Intelligence and Endpoint.- Prove understanding in the following technologies and protocols: RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, 802.1X, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES- Experience with encryption and authentication technologies required- Excellent presentation skills- Teamwork skills- Excellent analytic skills- Comfortable with procedures and compliance.- Fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus.**Education**:- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Graduate degree preferred.- Certifications: CCIE, CISSP, ITIL, NSE1, NSE2**#LI-IA1
