**Description**The Business HR Support (BHRS) Capability is a team that works to advance the global HR operating model by leveraging people, process, technology and support capabilities to enable Business HR to focus on strategy and to cultivate Principle Based Management (PBM) culture within their business. This team is a part of the Global HR Solutions organization in Koch Global Services (KGS).**What You Will Do In Your Role**- Support locations in the US for multiple Koch companies- Consult on employee issues leveraging knowledge of US based employment law and regulations- Support US supervisors as they manage performance of their direct reports, including reviewing documentation, coaching on feedback delivery, and advising on risk mitigation strategies.- Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted partner for Business HR and supervisors on day-to-day HR support including, but not limited to Performance Management, Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) changes, Human Capital Management system management, termination process etc.- Responsible and accountable for maintaining confidential and sensitive.- Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted partner for Business HR and supervisors on day-to-day HR support including, but not limited to Performance Management, FLSA changes, myHR organization management (e.g., GHR position maintenance), termination process etc.- Build relationships with customers, team members, partners, and other key constituencies through strong collaboration.- Manage competing priorities with the ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with demonstrated skill to handle multiple competing tasks and maintain a high-level of accuracy.**The Experience You Will Bring****Requirements**:- 3 years of experience working as an HR business partner (i.e. HR Generalist, HR Manager, etc.) supporting a US employee population- Experience in a HR role collaborating across teams and varying levels in the organization, building relationships, and executing results- Experience researching, troubleshooting and resolving supervisor issues- Fluent/Proficient in English- Experience in a fast-paced work environment in which you had to manage multiple competing priorities- Experience influencing through relationships without owning the decision rights- Experience using Microsoft office suite of products to collaborate, create presentations, develop and manipulate spreadsheets and develop communications**What Will Put You Ahead**- Experience researching, troubleshooting and resolving supervisor issues- Experience working with a Human Capital Management (HCM) platform (Infor, SAP, etc.) and/or Case Management System (ServiceNow, etc.) as well as working with Live Chat- Experience working in a shared services organization supporting multiple business and customers with a focus on service delivery- Experience working with automation tools including Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Power Apps, Alteryx, Automation Anywhere, etc.
