remote type- Onsite- locations- Cuajimalpa de Morelos, CDMX- time type- Full time- posted on- Posted Today- time left to apply- End Date: July 17, 2025 (6 days left to apply)- job requisition id- DT-14868- We are Daimler Financial Services Mexico, a branch of the Daimler Trucks group, and we offer financial solutions that adapt to the needs of our distributors, clients, and market.With over 25 years in Mexico, we have focused on building an excellent reputation of service; and to achieve that, we have relied on technological innovation, digital evolution, and a customer-oriented approach.We are committed to offering excellent financial services that give value to our trademarks, distributors, clients, collaborators, and all our community where we live and work.Operations AnalystOperations AnalystObjetivo:Generar, administrar y controlar todos los requerimientos para elaboración de contratos.Elaboración de reportes y presentaciones, que contienen métricos para difundir información a diferentes áreas;Recepción, administración y resguardo de los expedientes originales hasta la debida entrega a ejecutivosAnalizar y revisar las solicitudes de contratos, previamente autorizados por el Área de Crédito a los clientes y distribuidores en los tiempos establecidos de respuesta.Preparación y revisión de la información para la activación y fondeo de contratos, así dar seguimiento a documentación legal hasta que ésta quede resguardada en bóveda.- Actividades:- Generar reportes con información útil a la dirección de operaciones y otras áreas sobre tiempos de respuesta, arqueo de contratos e incidencias del área y de los distribuidores- Administrar las bases de datos donde se lleva el registro de los movimientos diarios e incidencias, (contratación, activación y fondeo) de las operaciones.- Cliente ilocalizable se deberá asegurar de realizar la búsqueda en todos los sistemas existentes, así como información de buró de crédito.
