Quieres ser parte de una empresa 100% mexicana líder en el mercado de concentrados de pulpas de frutas?Estamos en búsqueda de tu talento como**:Costumer Service Representative****¿Qué necesitas?**- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en administración, negocios, comercio internacional, ingeniería industrial- Experiência: 3 años, en áreas de servicio al cliente y administración de ventas- Manejo de algún ERP: SAP, Oracle, Sales force, CRM, Etc.- Competencias y habilidades: Servicio al cliente, Comunicación efectiva (tono de voz, concreto, empatía), Tolerancia a la frustración.- Disponibilidad de Horario.**¿Qué harás?**- Recibir, ingresar y/o verificar en el sistema SAP los pedidos de cada cliente.- Cuando proceda, desarrollar y aplicar el acuerdo de servicio con los clientes y las áreas involucradas- Reportar en base diaria/semanal/mensual los resultados servicio como: Ordenes Perfectas, Line Fill Rate, etc.- Coordinar con los clientes las citas requeridas para la entrega de productos.- Coordinar con el área de Distribución el plan de entregas de producto por cliente y por ruta**OFRECEMOS.**- Sueldo base mensual con base a aptitudes- Prestaciones Superiores de Ley.(Fondo de Ahorro y Vales de Despensa)- Excelente Ambiente de Trabajo.- Pago puntual- Jornada Laboral de Lunes a Viernes- Capacitación pagada.- Capacitación Offline- Herramientas y equipo- Dia de cumpleaños pagado.- Degustaciones gratis.- Venta de producto con descuentoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: Hasta $15,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Bebidas gratis- Descuento de empleados- Opción a contrato indefinido- Vales de despensaEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Atención al cliente: 2 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
