**Vacante para la empresa Nexum en Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México**:** Vacante: Customer Service Representative****Ubicación**: Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México**Prestaciones**: Superiores a las de Ley**Descripción del puesto**:Buscamos un profesional con enfoque en **servicio al cliente**, capaz de gestionar y dar seguimiento al ciclo completo de pedidos (Order to Cash). Serás responsable de **asegurar la satisfacción de clientes nacionales e internacionales**, coordinando eficazmente con las áreas internas de la empresa para garantizar entregas oportunas.**Responsabilidades**:- Captura y gestión de órdenes en el sistema.- Seguimiento integral del ciclo de pedidos (Order to Cash).- Atención y soporte a clientes nacionales e internacionales.- Coordinación con áreas internas (ventas, logística y finanzas) para asegurar entregas puntuales.- Elaboración de reportes, métricas de servicio y seguimiento de indicadores clave.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Comercio Internacional o carrera afín.- 2 a 3 años de experiência en **Customer Service / Order Entry** en empresas de manufactura, logística o distribución.- Manejo de **ERP** (SAP deseable) y **CRM**.- Inglés intermedio-avanzado (indispensable para trato directo con clientes extranjeros).- Excel intermedio.- Excelente actitud de servicio, comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.**Lo que ofrecemos**:- Prestaciones superiores a las de ley.- Oportunidad de crecimiento en empresa estable y transnacional.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Plásticos
