Job Description The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for the day‑to‑day accounting functions of a Shared Service Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable, general accounting and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities include: Review, verify, process and match vendor invoices to purchase orders and receipts ensuring accuracy and proper coding. Process International intercompany AP invoices, transactions and currency conversions. Generate weekly check, ACH and wire payment runs to vendors ensuring payments are made within company guidelines and deadlines. Maintain organized and accurate records of all AP transactions. Additional Responsibilities include assisting with year‑end tax reporting for accounts payable, communicating with vendors and supply chain regarding discrepancies and issues, and administrating the company’s T&E program and credit card program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
