The Senior Operation Program Specialist will support Operations by managing the communication, reporting and management of the scheduling, data inventory and deliverables of the business. This position will work cross-functionally with all departments supporting the business to ensure deliverables are met on-time and to help resolve any bottlenecks in the process flow. This position will also generate and provide operations-based reports to the operations teams which include but are not limited to: aged data inventory, delivery schedules, milestone updates, delivery performance metrics, and daily operations status reports. The Senior Operation Program Specialist may also provide additional support to Operations by handling special projects and external resource management.Location: Mexico City - HybridWhat you will be doing:- Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment by building partnerships, modeling teamwork, and communicating in an open, balanced, and objective manner- Develop, implement, and manage the core communication process for managing inventory, scheduling and deliverables- Manage operations-based reports including inventory, operations scheduling/planning, delivery performance metrics, operations status reports- Work with Operations management to develop, implement, and maintain both the individual and departmental performance metrics for Image Analysis- Work on capacity and resource planning for all external technical resources- Support the Operations team with planning, process updates, and timelines- Identify areas for process improvement and help lead the updates- May represent Image Analysis and Operations in both internal/external meetings- May work on special projects as assigned by VP, Operations- Compliance with internal SOPsYour profile:- 1-2 years of clinical research experience in a client-facing role- Cardiac/Imaging clinical trial experience- Advanced English- Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong time management skills- Ability to multi-task, respond to challenges with creativity, empathy and flexibility, and work well in a fast-paced team environment- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a life science or related fieldWhat ICON can offer you:- Our success depends on the quality of our people.
