**Sales Operations Specialist**We are hiring Sales operation specialist to expand our business in North America. Working with discrete manufacturing companies in the automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment and consumer products sectors is required to increase revenue by helping improve productivity, streamline manufacturing initiatives and maintain market compliance requirements.**Essential duties and responsibilities**:- Manage operational processes with Dassault Systemes- Coordinate with US team for sales operation, CRM management and customer success KPIs.- Manage customer onboarding process after the sales is complete.- Create Dassault Systemes Special Bid Offers (SBO) / Purchase Orders (PO) / opportunity registrations according to instructions.- Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities.- Manage entries to CRM tool, keep industry specific lists, ensure that the company has an organized database, assist with reminding team members about pending customer contacts.- Handle operational aspect of renewal process for existing software license holders, ensure they have access to valid license keys.- Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyze customer health metrics (KPIs).- Call existing customers quarterly and ensure their needs/questions are conveyed to sales and support team.- **Qualifications**:_- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to respond to changing needs and priorities in each case.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales processes.- Highly effective with customer service skills.- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive attitude.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $18,000.00 - $18,500.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono de asistencia- Bono de productividad- Bono de puntualidadEducación:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)
