Studies skill-based offerings, fundamentals, and/or role-based certifications, or other learning experiences as appropriate under the guidance of others. Learns about up-to-date information from key internal stakeholders, including new developments in the topic area, adjustments to previous content, and future improvements with the technology or processes. Delivers single to multi-day skilling offerings or other learning experiences either in person or virtually to the target audience with mínimal supervision. Provides course content feedback to broader learning team.**Capabilities & Skills**Decision Making- The ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. This includes the ability to define, diagnose, and determine an appropriate resolution, recommendation, or decision while considering alternatives and factors (e.g., resources, costs, tradeoffs).English Language Proficiency- The ability to speak and understand English when giving instructions and directions, and when talking with colleagues, managers, and others for work matters.Influence Others- The ability to garner support for initiatives by gaining the respect of others and inspiring trust and confidence.- Oral CommunicationThe ability to make a verbal message understood and to receive/understand messages during in-person or remote (e.g., telephone) interactions.Presentations- The ability to create and deliver formal presentations to others. This includes sharing information on a range of topics in a clear, concise, engaging and convincing manner; commanding the audienceÂ’s attention; developing effective presentation materials (e.g., handouts, visual aids); and handling questions or argumentative positions from the audience.**Qualifications**:- Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in training, education, information technology (IT), cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologies OR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications:- Proven experience in training facilitation, preferably in a corporate or technical environment.- Strong understanding of professional skills development and customer service excellence.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to manage virtual training environments and breakout sessions effectively.- Experience with onboarding programs and learning management systems.- Analytical skills to report on KPIs and contribute to program enhancements.- Experience working with diverse learner groups including interns and university hires.- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills.- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, interactive training, instructor-led training, self-paced instruction, evaluation methods, and performance support systems.- Proven experience in needs analysis, instructional design, content development, and learning technologies.- Experience providing customer support in a technical support organization supporting Microsoft products.- Ability to deal with ambiguity and complex, matrixed environments with mínimal oversight.- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and facilitate effectively to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.- Collaborative approach, able to work well with trainers, instructional designers, vendors, program managers, and business stakeholders.- Excellent analytical skills and experience in identifying improvement opportunities, generating ideas, and implementing solutions.- Medium/High Technical skills and understanding of Microsoft technologies.**Responsibilities**:**Responsabilities**Collaboration and Engagement- Provides course content feedback to broader Learning team (e.g., the courseware team) using appropriate internal team channels as necessary and independently. Connects operations needs to learning programs and interventions and ensures compliance with necessary trainings. Executes on new training opportunities with other teams as necessary.Skilling Delivery- Delivers single to multi-day skilling offerings or other learning experiences either in person or virtually to target audience with mínimal supervision. Focuses on training courses that are typically limited to a single topic area or specialization. Leverages multiple modes (e.g., presentations, discussions, labs, simulations) of learning to cover appropriate information. Embraces digitally enhanced instructor led capabilities to effectively deliver technology-based learning experiences. Learns to engage with learners to ensure content a
