This position is temporary to support financial process improvement projects.This role will be responsible to support projects within finance to improve processes and automate tasks for Marketing and Sales Controlling activities. This position will support the Integrated Business Plan monthly process and other planning and sales controlling activities.**You will be responsible for**:- Support planning and forecasting activities, including Monthly Business Review, Strategic Plan, Annual Business Plan. Develop timely and actionable information for annual and quarterly forecasts- Support ad hoc projects, processes, and requests as required, pro-actively help to identify, plan and execute cost savings/ avoidance and process improvement projects- Adopt continuous improvement mindset to make processes more efficient- Prepare analyses used for monitoring, forecasting, and reporting- Collaborate with Global Services (Accounting) and Regional Team for month end closing process, including accruals verification, variance analyses, department expenses and capital budgeting**Qualifications**:**Qualifications and requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. In progress but ability to work full time shift.- Intermediate english level- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.- Strong attention to detail- Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills- Strong tecnological abilities- Demonstrates a clear bias for action on priorities.
