Descripción y detalle de las actividadesrecord of driving successful customer acquisition campaigns and achieving ambitious targets.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Strategy Development**: Develop comprehensive customer acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives and target market segments.- **Campaign Planning and Execution**: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns to drive qualified leads and new customer acquisitions.- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.- **Conversion Optimization**: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize conversion funnels, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.- **Data Analysis**: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insights to inform strategic decisions and refine acquisition tactics.- **Budget Management**: Manage the acquisition budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of acquisition efforts across the organization.- **Reporting and Analytics**: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
