Come be a part of this journey**BAT Mexico IS LOOKING FOR On Site Support Analyst**SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Management****FUNCTION: Information Digital Technology****SALARY RANGE: Excellent benefits****LOCATION: Mexico, Monterrey****ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES****Reports to: IDT Project Lead****Reporting Level**:Managerial**Geographic Scope**:America**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Provide onsite and remote support for technology issues, including - software, hardware, and networking.- Prioritize, schedule, and escalate issues (when required) to the appropriate experienced technician.- Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and data cleansing of workstations, printers, and peripherals.- Manages local services suppliers, including outsource help desk services.- First level escalation points and focus for any Contact Centre activities.- Research new technologies to provide recommendations for improvement of existing services.- Work on different IT projects and infrastructure implementations- Review incident and request types to make preventive plansCAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?- Do you have experience like IDT Analyst?- Do you have experience in IDT Projects and infrastructure implementations?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- Minimum of two years in technical experience, troubleshooting issues related to both Windows, Mac and mobile devices.- High level of Microsoft Office, suites knowledge (especially Microsoft Excel).- Strong background with software and hardware.- ITIL knowledge beyond theory.- Ability to work under pressure, handle stressful situations in a calm manner- Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory- Proficient in MS Office 365.- Ability to work independently.- Experience in contact centers will be a plus.- Good communication skills (Spanish and English): oral, written- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related discipline**BENEFICIAL**- Experience working with other cultures.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
